Why penguins never get stuck

You might be surprised to learn that penguins never get stuck on ice. There is a secret to this. Despite their busy schedules, penguins spend considerable time philosophising.

A recent survey conducted by the Quarterly Penguins Intelligence Review lists the most popular reflection subjects for penguins.

Food planning and dating take the first place of the list, almost on equal footing. Surprisingly enough, personal growth takes a solid third place in penguins' priorities.

This explains why most adult penguins stop their tasks at regular times during the day and look around for better opportunities. This allows them to detect dangers well in advance.

Penguins are slow on the ground, but they take a long view. Step by step, they move forward until they reach the water. Then they speed up, hunt fish, and are happy.
