Ignore the scaremongers and keep your peace of mind. The antidote to fear is always the same. How to be rational. The key to personal development

The time has come to bring some balance to the discussion. There are too many negative messages out there. Too many attempts at making people feel small.
  • If you have failed in business, you will never get another chance (false).
  • If you lose a good job, chances are that you will never find another one at that level (false).
  • If you are middle-aged and get a divorce, you will never connect with anyone and stay lonely for the rest of your life (unlikely if you take determined action).
  • If you invest in the stock market, you may lose all your savings (highly improbable if you pick up solid companies).
  • The financial crisis cannot be solved (really?).
  • The economy is about to collapse (seriously?).
  • And so on.
The antidote to fear is always the same

The attempts at intimidation are endless, but the antidote to fear is always the same. A gram of reality weighs more than a ton of half-truths. An ounce of rationality always wins over a truckload of inconsistencies. It is time to stop listening to the scaremongers and keep your peace of mind. Here is how.
